* Must have an existing U.S. and / or Europe visa
* Extensive travel experience would be an asset
* Willing to travel overseas 50% of working time
* With at least 5 years sales management experience

SALES CONSULTANT
* Must have above average academic records; computer proficient
* Previous experience in a related field would be an asset
* With excellent oral & written communication skills
* Creative, hardworking and resourceful; with good interpersonal skills

BROKER NETWORK MANAGERS
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent from a reputable school.
* With at least 5 years work experience, preferably in broker management with a key player in the real estate industry
* With an impressive track record in selling real estate
* Should be available t brokers even on weekends
* Must have the aptitude for organizational and managerial work
* Equipped with above average oral & written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
* Assertive, confident, dynamic and results-driven
* Ability to train people is a plus

MARKETING MANAGERS
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and /or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent
* With at least 10 years relevant work experience in marketing management, preferably in a real estate company

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
* With at least 10 years experience, 5 years of which is in customer service
* Team player, results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER
* Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* With at least 3 years working experience in recruitment (from rank & file to executive level positions) and corporate training (i.e. coordination, facilitation and the conduct of training / seminars)
* Mature, professional, flexible; highly organized & systematic; able to relate well with all levels in the organization

MARKETING OFFICER
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, 2 years of which were in a supervisory level
* Male; must possess professional driver’s license

* Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration / Management / Economics / Management Engineering or equivalent
* Must have at least 5 years experience in business development functions / market research / financial modeling

* Must be a college graduate with excellent scholastic records

* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
* Preferably with at least on year experience in Customer Service

* Must be fluent in oral and written english; highly personable
